Return Policy
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Perfumes and fragrances can only be returned if unopened and sealed.
- Footwear must be tried on indoors and returned in original box without signs of wear.
How to Return
- Log in to your account and go to Dashboard → Orders.
- Find the order and click “Return” next to the item.
- Select the reason for return and submit your request.
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging.
- Drop off at your nearest courier partner or schedule a pickup.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. M-Pesa payments are refunded directly to your M-Pesa account.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
